Director of Data Architect
Netuitive, Inc., the leading provider of self-learning performance management software, is seeking talented individuals to work on various parts of our Predictive Analytics application. Our team members have been at the cutting edge of the cloud computing and virtualization environment since 2002, building and deploying our application on the data centers of the largest banks and Telco’s in the United States.
The Director of Data Architect is responsible for driving development of the information architecture and associated policies, standards and procedures across the company. Candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of the enterprise data architecture. The design of the data architecture will involve comparing and selecting technical standards, along with establishing data objects and interfaces. The Data Architect is expected to demonstrate moderate leadership expertise to execute strategic direction as well as significant depth of technical expertise in information architecture.
The Candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of data management best practices and the ability to be a leader in design and implementation, as the company establishes a core enterprise architecture function.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis to determine gaps in existing data architectures
- Conduct analysis to understand emerging data need
- Develop concepts of operation for future data architectures
- Develop enterprise-wide data strategies
- Develop recommendations, complete with business case justification, for changes to existing data architectures

Must have the following experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Masters Preferred
- 10+ years’ of relevant experience
- Experience Architecting / designing large, complex data analytics applications to include data modeling, database structural design and development, infrastructure design, data integration.
Compensation
This position offers an attractive base salary, competitive bonus and a meaningful stock options package.
