Netuitive Ranked 4th Fastest-Growing Company in Virginia
Software Company Grows by 9400% and is Named to Deloitte Technology Fast 50 List
Reston, VA – September 25, 2008 – Netuitive, the leading provider of self-learning performance management software, has been named to Deloitte's prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program for Virginia. The program ranks the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, and life sciences companies in the area by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services organizations. Rankings are based on the percentage of revenue growth over five years, from 2003-2007.
Netuitive attributes its 9400% five-year sales growth to its patented self-learning technology, its strong partnerships with world-class companies, and the evolving industry need for software that can adapt and integrate with the systems monitoring solutions that customers have already invested in.
“Netuitive is filling a void that’s been in the industry for more than a decade,” said Nicola Sanna, Netuitive CEO and president. “Businesses can no longer rely on inexact manual guesswork to manage their always-on customer services. Netuitive self-learning software is quickly being recognized as the answer.”
Netuitive’s prestigious customer list recently surpassed the 250-customer milestone, and includes the world’s two largest banks, the U.S.’s two largest telecom companies and second largest retailer, and large government agencies such as the U.S. Air Force.
“Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 companies have shown the strength, vision and tenacity to succeed in today’s very competitive technology environment,” said Gary Tabach, Greater Washington Office Regional Managing Partner, Deloitte & Touche, LLP. “We applaud the successes of Netuitive and acknowledge it as one of the very few to accomplish such a fast growth rate over the past five years.”
To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2003 and $5,000,000 in 2007, be headquartered in Virginia, and be a company that owns proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify.
Companies from the nine regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America’s top 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies.
