Netuitive Extends Self-Learning Performance Management Capabilities to CA eHealth

Netuitive Continues to Partner with Technology Leaders; Demonstrates Market Momentum and Breadth of Technology Capabilities

Reston, VA – November 17, 2008 – Netuitive today announced that its self-learning performance management technology now integrates with leading network management product, CA eHealth® Network Performance Manager to give CA eHealth customers greater insight into service health, behaviors and trends. Today’s news is the latest in a string of recent integrations that Netuitive has announced with other market leaders, such as IBM Tivoli and HP OpenView.

CA eHealth, formerly Concord eHealth, is one of the world’s leading network performance management platforms. When paired with Netuitive’s self-learning capabilities, customers are able to automatically monitor and cross-correlate CA eHealth data with information from third-party vendors to gain an ‘end-to-end’ view of application and service health. This added layer of intelligence enables CA eHealth users to readily address potential performance issues before they affect the delivery of critical business services to end-users.

“For many companies today, revenue depends on the reliability and availability of their electronic business services. The key to good service lies in IT’s ability to proactively monitor customer experience in relation to the underlying infrastructure that supports it,” said Nicola Sanna, president and CEO of Netuitive. “Netuitive’s added intelligence layer helps CA eHealth customers realize the true potential of the CA eHealth product and become more proactive, effective and efficient in their support of the business.”

CA eHealth provides a real-time data stream to Netuitive Service Analyzer, enabling customers to factor network performance characteristics – such as the performance and availability of LANs, WANs, routers, switches, and the technologies and network services provided over them – as part of the end-to-end health of mission critical transactions and business services. Netuitive Service Analyzer correlates this feed with other monitoring sources to produce contextual, proactive alerts. The combined solution can then drill down and analyze impact to business transactions and isolate the root-cause at the infrastructure level, allowing customers to cross reference network, infrastructure and business transaction-related data in order to predict and resolve problems in real-time.
