Netuitive Appoints Hunter J. Louis as Chief Financial Officere

Reston, VA – April 2, 2003 – Netuitive®, Inc., a next-generation infrastructure performance management software company that offers the industry's most accurate and reliable indicator of impending performance failures – Trusted Alarms™, announced today the appointment of Hunter J. Louis as Chief Financial Officer.

Louis comes to Netuitive from Emergent Solutions Group, which he founded in 2002 to provide financial guidance to growth-oriented companies. Prior to founding Emergent Solutions Group, he served as Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer for OTG Software, Inc. in Rockville, MD, a publicly held software company acquired by Legato Systems, Inc. Louis began his finance career as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche in Washington, DC. Since leaving public accounting in 1995, he has built financial organizations and held financial leadership positions at several Washington, DC area companies, including Robbins-Gioia, Inc., Columbia Capital Corp., and SpaceWorks, Inc.
