Netuitive Responds to Increasing Demand With New Executive Appointments
RESTON, VA – May 3, 2011 — Responding to growing customer demand for its cloud and application performance management solutions, Netuitive, Inc., a leading provider of predictive analytics software for IT, today announced the appointment of key sales and technology leaders.
The executive appointments fill key growth areas as Netuitive continues to add large enterprise customers and prepares to release the next version of its software product.
Michael Schramm was named Vice President of Global Operations, a new position encompassing Sales and Professional services and reporting to Netuitive CEO Nicola Sanna. Based in Reston, Va., Schramm oversees global sales activity with a focus on driving revenue growth from the Global 2000, optimizing sales processes and maximizing partner relationships to streamline company execution. Schramm also oversees Netuitive's growing Professional Services organization which ensures successful customer deployments and realizing value from Netuitive solutions.
Previously, Schramm spent seven years with Aperture, a leading provider of data center infrastructure software solutions. Here he was V.P. of Global Sales and Field Operations overseeing significant revenue growth leading up to company’s acquisition by Emerson Corporation. Previously, Schramm spent 15 years in senior sales management and account sales positions with Sun Microsystems, iPlanet, Forte' Software, Attachmate, and NCR.
Netuitive also named Sudeep Dharan as Vice President Engineering, a new position also reporting to Sanna. Dharan leads Netuitive Development, QA and Support and is focused on delivering enterprise quality products and support.
Previously, Dharan was CTO at SMARTHINKING, Inc., a provider of on-demand, online tutoring. Here he was responsible for envisioning new product architecture, rebuilding a world-class development team, and implementing agile development practices. Previously, Dharan spent over 20 years in executive positions at Intelliworks, Trados (SDL), Legato Systems (EMC), and Informix Software (IBM).

Mike Schramm holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Bridgeport, and a BS in Business Management and Economics from the University of Dayton.
